PHOXCHEM® PU 768 Windshield Sealant is a high-performance, one-part polyurethane adhesive specially formulated for automotive windshield bonding and repair. It cures with moisture in the air, forming a durable and flexible bond that adheres strongly to both glass and metal surfaces—ensuring long-lasting sealing performance even under harsh driving conditions.
This professional-grade sealant is ideal for vehicle glass replacement, windshield installations, and other structural glazing applications where high strength and weather resistance are essential. It offers excellent non-sag properties, making it easy to apply vertically or horizontally with a smooth, uniform bead.

Application Guide for Windshield Sealant:
1. Prepare: Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and loose material.
2. Mask: Apply masking tape to the edges of clean surfaces for easier cleanup.
3. Cut & Load: Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle and attach to cartridge. Insert into a caulking gun.
4. Apply: Apply windshield sealant by pushing forward to form a uniform bead.
5. Tooling: Smooth the bead within 15 minutes using a joint tool or putty knife.
4. Clean: Wipe off excess sealant before it skins over.
5. Temperature: Apply only at temperatures above +5°C. Warm to room temperature (~20°C) in cold conditions.
Caution:
This product may cause irritation upon contact with skin or eyes. In case of skin contact, remove immediately and wash with soap and water. If it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice. Do not apply below +5°C. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
