PHOXCHEM® High Strength Threadlocker Red H271 is a high-strength anaerobic adhesive that locks and seals threaded fasteners with lasting reliability. As a high strength threadlocker red, it works especially well in heavy-duty environments, where bolts and nuts often face shock, vibration, and high torque. This makes it a solid choice for use in mechanical parts, engine systems, and industrial machines.
You can use H271 on fasteners up to 1″ (25mm) in diameter. Since it forms a permanent bond, it’s best for assemblies that don’t need to be taken apart. Compared to medium-strength threadlockers, this formula gives stronger holding power, making it ideal for critical joints that need long-term stability.
In harsh settings—with high temperatures, oil exposure, or constant movement—this high strength threadlocker red keeps performing. After it cures, parts won’t come apart easily. You’ll need to apply heat (over 260°C) to break the bond, which adds safety in high-stress applications.

Application Guide:
1. Clean: Thoroughly clean and dry all surfaces. Remove oil, dirt, or grease for best results.
2. Shake: Shake the bottle well before each use.
3. Apply: Dispense several drops to the bolt at the nut engagement area.
4. Assemble: Tighten components as required. Avoid contact between the nozzle and metal.
5. Cure: Allow to cure fully before applying stress. Heating tools are required for removal.
Caution:
Avoid skin and eye contact. Don’t breathe in vapors. If it gets in your eyes, rinse with water and get medical help. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Store in a cool, dry place. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
